We are delighted to announce that OSP, the specialist Recruitment outsourcing division of Staffline PLC have gone live Chameleon to underpin all DHL Courier Recruitment. Based in Market Harborough, OSP manage all of the recruitment for DHL which is run from 71 National service centers.

Chameleon is managing a growing pool of over 190,000 applicants looking to work for DHL. Each day in excess of 200 interviews are booked for DHL hiring managers and Chameleon automatically produces their Interview schedules as well as handling the communication with applicants. By moving to Chameleon from a paper based system, OSP have introduced huge efficiencies across their business.
