Building positive relationships with our customers is the key to our customer service philosophy.
 
Our helpdesk provides first line support for all customer queries.

We use chameleon helpdesk software to enable us to log and manage our call flow efficiently and keep customers informed of progress. Calls can be logged via the web by logging into chameleon helpdesk.

Our helpdesk personnel are supported by all staff members that can assist in a problem, including analysts, administrators, trainers, product designers and developers. Any resource can be called upon to resolve a particular customer problem.

 
 
The helpdesk is 10 years old in 2003, this experience and commitment to service is a key element in our company philosophy.
