Planning & Specification

Working with you we will scope out the requirements for the project. This phase includes a planning meeting, creation of a written specification and brief including product map, wire frames and Graphical User Interface creation and a review and refinement of the brief based on your feedback.

Design

We will present visual representations of the solution for final approved design. This phase includes designs for screen layouts and any workflow and admin screens and the development and refinement of the designs to produce final set.

Build and Development

Following the design sign-off we will build and implement the solution.
This phase includes the build of the solution using best practice and industry standards, population of the solution with content, training and a review and approval on the development server before the solution goes live.

Launch

Following the sign-off of the solution on a development server we will make it live on the selected hosted platform. This phase includes transfering the Website to the live servers, final quality checking and training and hand holding.

Support

Once a product is live we don't stop there and walk away. We offer our support ongoing to help you with any enquiries you may have or any issues you may encounter. All of our project deliveries are the start of a long term relationship.
